If you are
unable to use our online activation interface please
follow the steps below.
To obtain an Activation Response File for your product, the following information
is required. Kepware will use this information to generate a unique Activation
Response File for your Activation ID.
Activation Request File, which is created
from an Activation ID. Activation IDs are assigned
by Kepware with the purchased software. Activation
Request Files are created through the License Utility
that is installed with the software, and should
be created on the target PC.
Company Name (the name of the company that purchased
the software).
Individual Contact Information of person who
purchased the software (name, phone number and
email address).
End User's Contact Information if different then
the Contact Information above. You should include
Company Name, Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email
Address. The End User can be different then the
License Contact in situations where the license
is purchased by one company, ie. System Integrator
or Reseller, and then installed at a customer's
site.
