License Registration & Unlocks:

If you are unable to use our online unlock interface please follow the steps below.

To obtain a password for your product, the following information is required. Kepware will use this information to generate a unique password for your license number and PC.

License number, computer ID, and server version number. These three items are displayed in the server unlock window.
Your company name (the name to which the software will be licensed).
Your individual contact information (name, phone number or email address).
