The NetSLX units quickly connect to your serial device and plug into your existing Ethernet network. Simply using your web browser to link into the unit allows complete configuration of the on board serial port and network settings. Next, you configure your KEPServerEX products to connect via Ethernet Encapsulation, set the IP address, and watch the data flow!

Warranty

HARDWARE PRODUCT WARRANTY DETAILS

WARRANTY PERIOD: DIGI warranties hardware Product for a period of five (5) years.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE: Upon return of the hardware Product DIGI will, at its option, repair or replace Product at no additional charge, freight prepaid, except as set forth below. Repair parts and replacement Product will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new. All replaced Product and parts become the property of DIGI. If DIGI determines that the Product is not under warranty, it will, at the Customers option, repair the Product using current DIGI standard rates for parts and labor, and return the Product UPS Ground at no charge in or out of warranty.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT WARRANTY DETAILS

WARRANTY PERIOD: DIGI warranties software Product for a period of one (1) year.
WARRANTY PROCEDURE: Upon return of the software Product, DIGI will replace the Product at no additional charge, freight prepaid. If DIGI determines that the Product is not under warranty, the Product will be returned, at the Customers option, as is.
