The Simatic OPC Server Suite packages both of our CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Ethernet and CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Serial OPC drivers for one low price. After purchasing the license for the Simatic 505 OPC Server suite, you can use both of the drivers included in the suite on the same PC.
The CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Ethernet, and CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Serial opc drivers still exist as separate drivers in the KEPServerEX Server Super Pack (SSP). When installing the CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Suite be sure to select all Simatic drivers from the driver selection list. When you purchase a license for the CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 Suite and install the unlock codes, both drivers will be unlocked for unlimited use.
Special Note: Current users with a valid license for any one
of the drivers found in the CTI 2500 Series / Simatic 505 OPC Server Suite may download
the latest KEPServerEX OPC Server and install all drivers listed in the Suite.
