About Corson (Corky) Ellis
Corky Ellis is Chairman and Founder of Kepware Technologies; Corky started Kepware Technologies in 1995. The process of founding Kepware also involved leaving New Jersey in search of a new home, appropriate for raising his new family. He found that place in Maine, reflecting the states slogan - "The Way Life Should Be." Today, Kepware is located in downtown Portland, an area known as the historic Old Port, employs over 40 people and is the world leading company for communications and related products for use in the automation marketplace. Corky's main focus is on Kepware's long term direction through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

About Tony Paine
Tony Paine is President and Co-Owner of Kepware Technologies; joining Kepware in 1996 he is now responsible for all Kepware operations. Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in the architectural development of all Kepware products. His attention to detail and the engineering process has been key to delivering technology that functions broadly across the marketplace while also meeting the needs of each and every Kepware OEM.
Tony has represented Kepware in various open standards committees and is currently a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the OPC Foundation, where he helps to drive the technical direction of our industry. In addition, Tony has been actively involved with the University of Maine System where he is helping to educate the next generation of automation engineers.
Tony has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine at Orono. |

About Brett Austin
Brett Austin is the Chief Financial Officer of Kepware Technologies; Brett joined Kepware in 2008 and is focused on Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Corporate Finance and Human Resource initiatives. Brett also manages Kepware's essential Legal, Accounting, Banking and Insurance relationships and is responsible for solving the company's growing Real Estate needs.
Prior to joining Kepware Technologies, Brett held several Finance, Accounting and Executive positions in the Software and Commercial Real Estate Industries. Brett's key roles as a Financial Analyst at Platinum Technology and Controller/VP of Finance at Digital Media On Demand enables him to bring years of experience in establishing financial modeling, overseeing, audit preparation and negotiating contracts.
