Kepware's OPC DX Link Option for KEPServerEX

Using OPC DX technology is as easy as plugging it into your KEPServerEX application. Designed as a plug-in enhancement to KEPServerEX, OPC DX can be added to any KEPServerEX based system. This allows to you to add the benefits of OPC DX when you need it, thus reducing your initial investment and development time.

As your data integration needs grow, the OPC DX Link Option can help meet those needs. The OPC DX Link Option can be purchased from your Kepware representative. Once installed and enabled, your KEPServerEX is ready to operate as a powerful OPC DX server.

The OPC DX Configuration Client allows you to develop OPC DX enabled applications quickly with its simple drag and drop interface. Just drag a source item onto your desired target item and a DX link is established. Once you have your DX links set, you can quickly monitor their operation using the online mode of the configuration client.

The OPC DX configuration client can be used to configure any OPC DX enabled server. Those servers can be located anywhere a normal OPC connection can be established. The ability to remotely configure OPC DX servers allows you to maintain all of your OPC DX connections from a single PC.
