PTC Kepware Launches Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey

Customer feedback on our products, support, and services helps us improve customer experience and continue to meet the needs of our customers. We’ve made several important changes over the past year, and this feedback is vital to our understanding of the impact on customers' experiences with our products and how we can improve moving forward.  
Portland Research Group, an independent, third-party marketing research firm, is managing this research and responses will remain strictly confidential. Customers will receive an email from Portland Research Group's The email contains a link to a questionnaire that should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.  
At the end of the survey, participants will have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win one of ten $100 eGift Cards.
