Can KEPServerEX Communicate with a Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS?

Last Update: 11/7/2018

Yes, it can. Honeywell supplies an industrial PC called "PCNM" that uses a plug-in card to connect to the TDC 3000 network. The PCNM has a DDE server onboard: users can connect KEPServerEX's DDE Client Driver to the device's DDE server.

Note: An AppNode or Plant History Database (PHD) is similar to the PCNM, but has an OPC server onboard instead. In this case, KEPServerEX's OPC DA Client Driver can be used in place of the DDE Client Driver.
