Clients Are Unable to Connect to RedundancyMaster

RedundancyMaster provides redundancy for any client that can communicate with OPC Data Access (DA) servers adhering to the 1.0 through 2.05a specifications. The client application must reside on the same machine as RedundancyMaster and must be able to connect to an in process (InProc) server.
