Configuring Unsolicited Transactions via Ethernet Encapsulation

Last Update: 2/5/2019

The U-CON Protocol Server supports unsolicited transactions over Ethernet Encapsulation, which requires a Serial-to-Ethernet converter that can be configured to initiate connections and reconnections to the PC and port being used by the server. Kepware's "" contains a sample project that is configured to receive data from a weigh scale through a DIGI One IA (which is configured to do an automatic TCP connection back to the PC running the server).
