Connections to DH+ Devices Fail after Communicating Successfully

Last Update: 11/7/2018

Connections to DH+ devices by the Allen-Bradley DH+ Driver that fail after communicating successfully may be caused by the computer entering a low-power state, which can prevent PCI-based DH+ communications cards from operating normally. To prevent failure from occurring, adjust the Windows Power Management Options so that the computer will not attempt to enter a low-power state.
