Yes, it does. The Yokogawa PR300 Power Meter device supports Modbus/TCP, so Kepware's Modbus TCP/IP Ethernet driver can be used. There is also a built-in capability for the Yokogawa MW to read the device via Modbus/TCP and then provide the data from its own registers.
