MS Access Timestamp for Midnight Shows Date Only

Last Update: 11/7/2018

MS Access stores date and time internally as a double precision floating point number (xxxx.yyyy). At midnight, yyyy is zero and is not displayed by the Access UI; however, time comparison SQL arithmetic using a midnight date and time will work correctly because no data is actually missing.
