Opening KEPServerEX V4 from the Desktop Icon When It Is Running as a Service as a Specific User

Problem:
Users need to run KEPServerEX as an NT Service under a specific account, but are unable to open it on the desktop when they do so.

Solution:
Microsoft only allows applications running in the Local System Account to access the desktop. To access the server on the desktop, users must change it to run under the Local System Account.
