Unable to Connect to Mitsubishi Ethernet PLC

Last Update: 11/7/2018

Problem:
KEPServerEX is unable to communicate to a Mitsubishi PLC using Ethernet.

Solution:
1. Review the Related Solution at No Tag Data via TCP using Ethernet-To-Serial Converter.

2. Ethernet connections must be configured using the PLC programming software. For detailed instructions, refer to the Mitsubishi Ethernet Driver help file.

3. UDP is recommended over TCP for some Mitsubishi Ethernet devices. Therefore, if TCP does not work, re-attempt using UDP.
