Unable to Reconnect to Toyopuc PLC When Running in Windows XP

Due to a cable disconnect, the connection to the PLC was lost for an extended period of time. When the cable was repaired, communications were not able to be restored without restarting the PLC.

When the network is powered down or the Ethernet cable is cut or pulled from the PLC, it is necessary for the PLC to reset the Ethernet card for reconnection. To do so, set the non-reception timer, which defaults to "permanently waiting". In this state, the PLC Ethernet card is left waiting for a reconnection.
