Unable to View a DSN Created by the ODBC Administrator

This issue only occurs on 64-bit operating systems, and applies to the following drivers and plug-ins:
- ODBC Client Driver
- Advanced Simulator Driver
- DataLogger
The 64-bit version of the Windows operating system includes the following Microsoft Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) Data Source Administrator tools:
- The 32-bit version of the Odbcad32.exe file, which is located in %systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64.
- The 64-bit version of the Odbcad32.exe file, which is located in %systemdrive%\Windows\System32.
The Odbcad32.exe file displays the following Data Source Names (DSNs):
KEPServerEX is a 32-bit application. When using any of the ODBC-based drivers or plug-ins, it will call the 32-bit version of the ODBC Administrator tool (which will display 32-bit system DSNs, 32-bit user DSNs, and 64-bit user DSNs).
