Difference Between ROCLINK 800's Point Numbers and KEPServerEX's Logical Addresses

ROCLINK 800's Point Numbers and KEPServerEX's Logical Addresses are equivalent, except in syntax. ROCLINK 800's Point Numbers use an alphanumeric code, whereas KEPServerEX's Logical Addresses use a number. Furthermore, KEPServerEX's Logical Addresses are zero-based, whereas ROCLINK 800's Point Numbers are not. For example, in the ROCLINK 800, points A1-A16 would be addressed as 0-15 in KEPServerEX.
