Activation failed. Failed to authenticate with the license server.


  1. No internet connection is available.
  2. Invalid username or password.


  1. Ensure that the machine being licensed is connected to the internet.
  2. Verify the user name and password are correct.

Note: Verify the user name and password by logging on to Sign up for an account or reset the password from the same location.
