Hilscher Universal 设备驱动是为配合 KEPServerEX 与 Hilscher 通信接口 (CIF) 卡使用而专门设计的。KEPServerEX 和 Hilscher Universal 驱动通过 Hilscher CIF 卡与支持 DeviceNet 或 Profibus 的设备通信，提供 I/O 和诊断信息。
Hilscher Universal 驱动支持 DeviceNet 主/从卡和 Profibus DP 主/从 CIF 卡。
需要 Hilscher CIF 卡和 SyCon 配置软件，而且必须将其与 OPC 服务器安装在同一机器上。
