Problem:
While using a PKTX or PKTX-D Card with Kepware's Allen-Bradley DH+ Driver, the error "Failed to clear dual port memory" is posted to the KEPServerEX Event Log.

Possible Cause:
This error may occur due to a conflict between KEPServerEX and RSLinx.

Solution:
Ensure that RSLinx is not installed.
