Activation failed. Failed to authenticate with the license server.

Problems:

  1. No internet connection is available.
  2. Invalid username or password.

Solutions:

  1. Ensure that the machine being licensed is connected to the internet.
  2. Verify the user name and password are correct.

Note: Verify the user name and password by logging on to www.my.kepware.com/mykepware. Sign up for an account or reset the password from the same location.
